mAadhaar is the official Government of India app for carrying your unique UIDAI identifier, also called Aadhaar, on you at all times. With mAadhaar, you can carry out tons of transactions from your smartphone, with the added advantage that it's not necessary to keep your physical identification document on hand. Thanks to mAadhaar, your smartphone becomes a valid form of identification within India.
From the app, you can download your Aaadhaar, request a reprint of the document, download the eKYC key to use your ID offline, scan QR codes, verify emails, verify Aaadhaar identities, retrieve the UID/EID, update profile information, or request a letter to validate an address.
From the "My Aadhaar" section, you can also use Aadhaar services without having to enter the number. Instead, you can use biometric authentication systems, such as fingerprint authentication. Up to three different Aadhaar profiles registered under the same phone number can be included on the same device.
mAadhaar is available in a wide variety of languages used in India, including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. After installing the app, users can choose the language they prefer. However, only English can be used to enter text.
So, if you want to manage your Aadhaar on your device, feel free to download the mAadhaar APK.
